Exterior and interior walls, garage, shop and shed walls, door and window openings, and concrete forming.
See framing services →Most concrete problems start before the pour: a soft base, rebar lying in the dirt, a weak mix. Here is how we build it instead, in plain language.
We don't skip the parts you can't see. The base, the steel, and the mix are what keep a driveway or slab flat and in one piece for years.
Walls that stand straight up, corners that are true, built to the Kentucky Residential Code. Square framing means drywall, windows, doors, and cabinets go in right.
We pour the footers, pour the slab, and frame the walls. You don't have to line up three different subs and hope their schedules match.
You get a typed quote that spells out what we're doing and what it costs. No handshake numbers and no surprise charges at the end.
If we give you a date, we're there. If weather moves it, you'll hear it from us first.
Solid Stone is Vadim and his father, Vitaly. We live here, and every job carries our family name.
From concrete driveways in Anderson County to house slabs in Frankfort and footers in Versailles, every pour gets the same base, steel, and mix.
New driveways and extensions, including heavy-duty drives built for trucks, trailers, and equipment.
Backyard patios, front walks, and sidewalks finished clean and pitched so water runs away from the house.
Slabs for new homes and additions, and basement floors poured flat and level for whatever goes on top.
Floors that stand up to vehicles, jacks, tools, and everyday use in garages and workshops.
Footers for homes, additions, and garages, plus pier pads for posts and porches. The part everything else stands on.
Level, solid pads sized to the job, so sheds stay square and hot tubs and AC units don't sink or tilt.
We break out cracked, sunken, or damaged concrete, clear it away, and pour new on a proper base.
Patterns and color for patios and walkways that should look good and still be built to last.
Walls framed straight, square, and plumb to the Kentucky Residential Code, from garage framing in Anderson County to additions in Frankfort and Versailles.
Our work · Sheathed walls, framed openings, finished slab
Load-bearing exterior walls in 2x4 or 2x6, sheathed and ready for wrap, windows, and siding.
Interior walls for new homes, additions, and basement finish-outs, laid out to your plan.
Walls for detached garages, workshops, and sheds, often on a slab we poured ourselves.
Rough openings framed to size with headers built to carry the load above them.
We set forms for footers, slabs, and flatwork on other contractors' jobs.
For garages, shops, additions, and new homes, we can take the project from the first footer to standing walls. One schedule, one point of contact, and nobody pointing at the other sub when something doesn't line up.
Dug, formed, and poured to support the building. Getting these right is what keeps walls from cracking later.
Poured between the footers on compacted stone, with rebar on chairs and 4,000 psi air-entrained concrete, finished flat.
Framed on top of the footers, straight, square, and plumb, with openings and headers in place, ready for the next trade.
Planning a garage or shop? Send us the size and location. We'll quote footers, slab, and framing together on one typed estimate.

Solid Stone Construction is Vitaly and his son Vadim, working side by side on every job.
Between us we have more than 10 years of concrete and construction experience. Solid Stone is a new name, but the work isn't new to us. We started this company to do concrete and framing the way we'd want it done at our own houses: a real base, real steel, a strong mix, and walls you could check with a level anywhere.
We're based in Lawrenceburg and work across Anderson County, Frankfort, Versailles, Woodford County, Harrodsburg, Shelbyville, and the surrounding area. When you call, you talk to one of us, and one of us is on your job.
